The girls 2nd purple stripe test.  Not quite as many kids testing as last time, but still a good time for all.  Video is just under 10 minutes.

The girls receive their 2nd purple stripes and The Kiss of the Dragon.

Emalee sparred in two matches this weekend.  She had some outstanding roundhouse kicks.

Serra fought two matches this weekend.  She had some great take-downs in the first one.  Yes, that’s Robin giggling in the videos.

Serra entered her first sparring event as well.  There were 4 other girls in her age division.

Emalee was scheduled to spar in her first tournament, but there were no other girls in her age division.  She received 1st place without ever throwing a punch!

Emalee is doing Long Form 1 for her first tournament.  She was the only Kenpo student in her age division.
